Introduction

Welcome to GDBet. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between GDBet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the GDBet website located at gdbet.cam, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and all related services collectively referred to as the "Platform".

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of GDBet or any of its related entities;
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party;
• You are not registered as a problem gambler on any self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by GDBet for breach of these Terms;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

GDBet reserves the right to conduct ongoing eligibility checks and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where a User is found to have misrepresented their eligibility status at any point.

Account Registration

Users may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein derived from bonuses or promotional offers.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification);
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Malaysian mobile phone number;
• Preferred currency (MYR);
• Residential address in Malaysia.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. GDBet will never request your password through any channel including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility.

Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 Required Documents

5.2 Verification Timeframe

GDBet aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. GDBet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Funds will not be lost during this period.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

6.2 Deposit Limits

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. GDBet aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• Bank Transfer (FPX / DuitNow): Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours;

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed where all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• The Account has completed KYC verification;
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the applicable limit;
• The Account is in good standing with no pending disputes or fraud investigations;
• The withdrawal method matches the name on the registered account.

GDBet does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. Funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where reasonably practicable.

Bonuses & Promotions

GDBet offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. New Users may only claim a welcome bonus once;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms;
• GDBet reserves the right to determine which games contribute towards wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate than slots;
• Bonuses expire if not claimed or wagered within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion;
• GDBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

GDBet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, coordinated wagering to meet requirements without genuine play, and withdrawal immediately following bonus activation without completing full wagering requirements. Any User found to be abusing bonus terms will have their bonuses voided, and GDBet may suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold funds derived primarily from such abuse.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on the GDBet Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and should be read in conjunction with these general rules.

8.1 Bet Placement

All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections, odds, and stake amounts before confirming any bet. GDBet does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the User.

8.2 Odds and Payouts

Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are binding except in cases of manifest error (palpable error). GDBet reserves the right to void or re-settle bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds. Malaysian Football (Liga Super Malaysia), English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other major markets are covered by GDBet's sportsbook with competitive real-time odds.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without completion;
• The bet was placed at a manifestly erroneous price;
• Technical error resulted in an incorrect outcome being recorded;
• The bet involved fraudulent activity, match-fixing, or collusion.

Stakes for void bets are returned to the User's Account balance in full.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one Account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity;
• Attempting to circumvent Platform security measures, including VPN or proxy usage intended to disguise geographic location for prohibited access;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing GDBet staff or other Users;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to GDBet.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of GDBet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without prior written consent from GDBet.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GDBet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes losses arising from:

• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform functionality;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account as a result of your own security negligence;
• Losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Actions taken by GDBet in good faith to comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

Where statutory consumer protection laws in Malaysia or other applicable jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities, GDBet's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by such law.

Responsible Gambling

GDBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Users. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. It should never be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

GDBet provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account;
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications reminding Users of the duration of their current session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary self-imposed account restrictions of 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;

Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by GDBet

GDBet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• GDBet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering;
• The User is found to be under 21 years of age;
• A court order or regulatory direction requires account restriction;
• The User is self-excluded under the Responsible Gambling programme.

13.2 Closure by User

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting GDBet's support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which GDBet holds its operational licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform services, GDBet and the User agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the relevant dispute resolution process as stipulated by GDBet's licensing authority. GDBet is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all User disputes and aims to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Amendments to These Terms

GDBet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, GDBet will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered Users or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
